Buy A Bucket & Help Paint the Arch!
Rocky Point’s iconic arch stirs fond memories in the minds of many Rhode Islanders.
For over 150 years Rocky Point has entertained and delighted guests. From a ferry pier, an observation tower, a salt water swimming pool, to rides, games, clam cakes and fun – Rocky Point had it all!
“Now as the state’s newest coastal state park, visitors can enjoy the property they once made so many memories at, while the younger generations of park-goers can make new ones.” — RI DEM Parks and Recreation
Salt air and wind have taken a toll on the arch that is visible from land and sea. With a little TLC and a fresh coat of paint she’ll once again be the landmark so many Rhode Islanders know and love. Help us join the effort to paint the arch by sponsoring a bucket of paint, large or small. We are proud to partner with the City of Warwick, The Rocky Point Foundation, and You to restore the beautiful World’s Fair Arch.

“Rocky Point State Park now serves as a memory for many Rhode Islanders of generation’s past. Over the 150+ years of the property’s existence, it has served as a location for nature trails, a ferry pier, an observation tower, hotels, clambakes, restaurants, swimming pool, rides, games, and concerts – but the attraction of 120 acres of land for public use within 10 miles of downtown Providence has been a consistent draw since 1850.
