Dirigo Leadership Consulting has announced the opening of its new leadership activation facility, the Dirigo Center, at St. James Place, 200 Bald Hill Road, Warwick. The center is a catalyst for igniting leadership transformation for emerging leaders and seasoned leaders alike.
Purpose-built for activation, the nearly 8,000-square-foot space will host immersive workshops, high-energy keynote events, multi-day leadership retreats, and hands-on experiential learning experiences. It pulls leaders out of their daily routines, engages them in meaningful reflection, and helps them build the skills, confidence, and presence to lead with greater impact.
The center will also be a home for collaboration – where teams come together to strengthen trust, solve complex challenges, and align around a shared vision. From executive summits and skill-building intensives to innovation labs and community leadership forums, the center will be a vibrant hub for leaders at every stage of their journey.
The Dirigo Center features five distinct zones, each designed to create a unique learning and activation experience:
- The Ampitheater Zone – A unique forum with theater-style seating, perfect for team meetings, open collaboration, and informal presentations.
- The Learning Zone – A flexible classroom-style space for skill-building workshops, team discussions, and interactive training.
- The Activation Zone – A dynamic, open area for experiential activities, leadership simulations, and collaborative problem-solving exercises.
- The Fun Zone – A casual space with games and interactive features designed to spark creativity, break down barriers, and encourage connection.
- The Food Zone – A welcoming café-style area for meals, networking, and informal conversations that often lead to breakthrough ideas.
