FIRST AID & CPR
This course will teach you how to take care of a loved one, friend, or complete stranger. We review CPR for the Adult, Child, and Infant victim, along with what to do if they choke. The medical emergency section reviews heart attack and stroke, diabetic emergency, seizure, and breathing difficulties. Injury section teaches what to do if some receives a cut or scrape, burn, or broken bone. Finally, we review how to take care of bee stings and environmental emergencies, such as hypothermia and heat stroke.
After this portion of the class is done, I make arrangements with you, the students to do a quick practical skills evaluation, which takes less than 10 minutes. There is no written test (no worries!).
You receive a 2 year certification card and a digital copy of the textbook.
Pass this information onto your friends. The more people that are trained, the possibility of someone getting helped that needs it can happen!
