  • Business Education Session
     February 10, 2023
     9:00 am - 10:00 am

For some of us, social media can be intimidating.  For others, it is a constant effort to stay up-to-date on what is hot, new algorithms, what to use as content, etc.  Yet, social media marketing is a critical component to the overall marketing plan for businesses.

This in-person education session, featuring Taylor Cacciola, a co-founder of NAMRA Consulting, will answer all the important questions – Why Social Media?  How do I do that?  When do I do that? Understanding the answer to these questions is specific to your specific business, industry and customers.

In this session you will:

1) Understand the concept of “social media marketing”.

2) Define your target audience and their needs.

3) Explore creating content that matches their needs and gets their attention.

4) Differentiate “documenting” vs. “creating” content.

5) Learn about the many types of content and the social media platforms for posting.

6) Understand the social media landscape for 2023.
