PPE Distribution for Personal Service Businesses
RI Commerce Corporation is initiating a new PPE distribution program targeting the Personal Service Businesses that will provide KN-95 masks and eye protection for area businesses.
Eligible Businesses
- Barbers, hairdressers, cosmeticians, manicurists, estheticians, and instructors
- Tattoo artists, tattoo parlors, and body piercers
- Tanning facilities
- Massage therapists
You May Schedule an Appointment For Pickup in Warwick. The DATES AND TIMES on your confirmation are for When You Can Register – NOT FOR PICKUP.
The Central Rhode Island Chamber of Commerce is pleased to be able to serve as one of the distribution points.
To receive the PPE you must have completed the COVID-19 control plan for your business.
Do you have question on completing the plan? Email to be notified of the next available free “Let’s Complete It Together”work session. When the session is done, your plan is complete.
PPE consists of (6) KN-95 masks per employee, (1) eye protection per business, (1) 2 oz bottle of hand sanitizer… WHILE SUPPLIES LAST
*THERE ARE NO GUARANTEES AS SUPPLIES ARE LIMITED. You are encouraged to register as soon as possible.
The following Chambers are participating in the new program. They are the Northern RI Chamber, Central RI Chamber, Greater Newport Chamber, Southern RI Chamber and the RI Hispanic American Chamber.
